Round edge helps prevent holes from enlarging after application.Wire is precision tempered. Just the right hardness to keep prongs from pulling out, yet easy for your installer to bend. Leg is longer for ease of bending. Staked edges are rounded to prevent material from tearing. Prong wire is solidly staked to collet for safety and ease of installation.
